STRATEGY SESSION – FAQS

What is a strategy session?

A strategy session is an initial 30-minute meeting with us to gather information and discuss your marketing goals.

What do I need to prepare?

Nothing! (…well actually, it depends.) Depending upon the size and complexity of the project, we may request additional information before and/or after the session to make sure we have as much information as possible.

What do you charge?

Our pricing strategy is designed to be industry competitive, transparent, and fair.

We have a MEF (minimum engagement fee) in place, which means all projects start at $2,500 USD. We’ve discovered this is the minimum figure that allows us to provide clients with a consistently high standard of work across multiple services.

We offer our clients a number of different dynamic billing structures, including fixed project fees, hourly rates, and monthly retainers for various design, development, and fractional CMO services.

What happens after the call?

Every client and project is different, but typically, we will meet with our internal team to discuss the project and pull together our best recommendations as well as a proposal. We usually turn this around within 1-3 business days.

Depending upon complexity, we may request additional information and/or initiate a longer exploration process to further define the scope and services we can assist with.
